Tim

Tim

So, there she sat alone with her hat

Wondering where he might have been.

She knew not. He was with him.

She knew he craved her hat.

But he thought for him.

She kept waiting.

Time to come

for him.

A Walk in the Rain

I stroll in the rain,

my soul has no cover.

Another walk in vain.

I shed a soothing tear,

It hangs on my cheek, licked by my lover.

Water’s cleansing, is hiding I fear

Sunlight on bodies like swaying grain.

Our star exposes like no other.

Showing the source of pain.

Healing power for the brain,

natures storms have nothing to offer.

No help from any kind of rain

The god in my life is nature’s glue.

The nature of god is you and me.

Doctrine created by someone like you?

My god of youth gave me pain.

Teaches attributes, it’s a gain.

My god today says that is insane.

Niagara Falls times ten and again.

Can not wash me free.

Gods with sins are now my zen.

Gods like you and me and family.

Gods within nature thats the force.

No pulpit can declare a single source.

Listening to my grand kids words,

While  somewhere pulpit bully’s scream.

Is like tasting natures  hors o derves

So cry and do walk in the rain.

Your umbrella is people like us all.

People that understand, understand pain.

Bumper Sticker

Saw a bumper sticker

R.I.P Dad, Fuck cancer

Mine would read

Tornado’s work magic

What’s happening in America to day

I asked myself at the movie’s

Saw parents with two and three and four years old

At an R rated movie

Scenes of sex, murder, drugs, galore

Young brains absorbing all the gore

Texting, phone calls, and even more

It’s all about me and I and no one else

Saw a bumper sticker

R.I.P Dad, Fuck cancer

Mine would read

Tornado’s work magic

In the car – I heard it all

Country songs praising our men of shore

It’s memorial day and let’s observe

Parades, speeches with many words

Meanwhile men with minds so sick

From deeds vomiting can not erase

Are left alone as they cry out for help

Budgets don’t allow proper care

Individuals go on each and every way

As these men end their days

Texting, phone calls, and even more

It’s all about me and I and no one else

Saw a bumper sticker

R.I.P Dad, Fuck cancer

Mine would read

Tornado’s work magic

Tornado’s do work magic as in the magic of hope

Heard of people dying to save

Heard of people giving all

Heard of people displaying an American gift

Heard of people sharing their human gift

To help and heal and sit with the sick

Thank you, you roaring beast

With your twisting tail whipping free

You have lifted a people’s eyes

Beyond the me and I

Saw a bumper sticker

R.I.P Dad, Fuck cancer

Mine would read

Tornado’s work magic

Praise us from whom all blessings flow

Praise the sky and all below

Praise nature and the heaven’s above

Praise people, Sun and love

I stroll in the rain,

my soul has no cover.

I continue my trek in vain

No effect has a soothing tear,

It hangs on my cheek, licked by my lover.

Water’s cleansing, is hiding I fear

Sunlight on bodies like swaying grain.

Our star exposes like no other.

Showing the source of pain.

Healing power for the brain,

natures storms have no tender.

No help from any kind of rain

The god in my life is nature’s glue.

The nature of god is you.

Doctrine created by someone like me?

My god of youth gave me pain.

Teaches attributes, it’s a gain.

My god today says that is insane.

Gods like you and me and family.

Gods within nature thats the force.

No pulpit can declare a single source.

Somewhere zealots spit their curd.

I’m Listening to my grand kids words,

That’s like tasting natures h’ordevers

So cry and do walk in the rain.

Your umbrella is held by many hands.

Hands of people that understand.

Praise us from whom all blessings flow

Praise the sky and all below

Praise nature and the heaven’s above

Boy

Boy

Promise of future in our classrooms

Hope and it’s promise in the seats

One wanted to jump not sit

“Fix this” the teacher said,

“Doctor help this child”

He took the pill

Sat so still

A Girl called G

A Girl Called G.

Do you wanna meet a rock star?

Do you wanna meet a movie star?

Do you wanna be a star?

Thousands line the streets to see royalty.

Thousands pay to hear politicians speak.

None of them have met a girl called G.

We all want to be near the rich and famous.

Just to say to others how it feels.

Or maybe see if a touch will heal.

Magazines full of glamour.

Book racks full of self help bullshit.

None of them have met a girl called G.

G’s Facebook reads as follows.
